Trending @Accenture; Job gateway rejection

Im new joiner 6th month currently. No project since my primary skills project demands lack for now. So i applied secondary skill demand from job gateway. They asked me one specific question if i had experience on. It was IT agile methodologies work. Although i knew about it but didn’t had hands on experience bcoz my previous company wasn’t IT COMPANY. So they rejected by writing reason lack technical skills. But it was experience mismatch. So will it effect my profile? Or will any action be taken on me?
