Hi Friends, I am currently working at wiproin B3 band. Will it be good to leave wipro and join Cognizant for 35 % hikes. I am more concerned about job security and work life balance rather than hike.

AFAIK Bench policy 3 weeks in CTS. Better check once. Also work life balance depends on the project to project

  1. Ask CTS to there are any Client round as well or not
  2. take risk if you want to get hike and try to get more offers in notice period
