Job Change Recommendation

I got a job offer in Kyndryl Bangalore, however I have recently changed my job back in 8 months. Now I'm in Bangalore. I have already resigned and currently a company offers me to take WFH which I can back my home, but they do not match my salary. About the current company it has 3000+ employees with €200+ million turnover, owned by a private equity holding firm.

What is the best approach I should take? Stay with current employer with WFH or leave and join Kyndryl.

I have an issue in BGV due to a medical emergency. Which may be an issue in BGV.
