I am currently serving notice period at Infy. Have below options in hand. Please advise

Total 5 year of experience (SAP FICO)

Current Salary 12.75 lpa fixed , 2.25 lpa variable

Delloite USI: 17 lpa fixed + 1.70 lpa (variable)+ joining bonas 2.50 lakhs

LTI Mindtree: 20 Lpa (fixed) + 1.5 lpa (variable) - no joining bonus

Infy: Long term opportunity for The Netherlands
