Job change from IT services firm to an end-user firm

Currently working as delivery manager for an IT services company at 34LPA. Got a project manager offer at a manufacturing firm in their IT division for 39LPA. Have been receiving mixed responses from people on whether I should take up this offer. I have been with my current firm for 6 years now and feel that staying any longer might look bad on the CV. Need advice!
