Job change error

I'm planning to change my Job role and planning to move.

The only thing which is avoided by others is i ask for a pay scale which is really not negotiable.Can someone help me with this issue.

You young folks always want more money. Stick to your job and be grateful. Companies don't owe you anything. If you keep demanding, you'll end up jobless.
