Job change confusion!
I m a happy employee and earn 50LPA at 14YOE. I switched a year back to the current role. I have an offer for 65LPA in an avearge organization in the same city with better designation. What should I do?

Is designation really matters? I got a better from TCS but they've given me freshers designation. I'm confused whether I shall take it or not
Designation does matter brother
Check what can be the take home in both. The salary components in detail. If there is much difference and worth experimenting when you are alredy happy then only switch
The current take home is ~2.5LPA and the new one is offering ~3.5LPA
Talk to people over linkedin in your new company. Get their view about company, role, work etc. this may help you about to make a sound decision.
