Depends on the company, SBCs will give you 30% hike, if you combine multiple such offers you can get to 25-30 lpa

PBCs will pay according to their pay range, for 8+ you'll get lead role, so that'll be 25+ easily directly. Get multiple and you can get to 35-40 lpa. These are tier 2 PBCs.

For tier 1, sky is the limit
