Rant is tooo big
but in short my office work load and pressure is now going over my head and somehow it’s affecting on my mood
and eventually now on my relationships now rather to not show that affection now i am avoiding to talk to them warnaa i would just yell or bash on a silly topic

hrr din ka rr h mere cabin main ghuste hi ki aaj sab khtam krna h
Just say yes and take your time, if he overboard tell tht bkl not possible u will try nd still not working change the project
I would say dis is ur mistake only.. wrking on overload n delivery accordingly will let ppl take u granted only and they will always expect that only coz u set bench mark n if u start opposing later then they wont like too and put u in guilt of non delivery so it is u who created mess n getting suffer. Better find new job n dnt over do to impress ppl ..take time n deliver quality not gadha majdoori. All the best
yeah the people who joined before me used to work from morning 10am till night 9pm

Some Gen Z are gud to tackle dis straight forward. If u cant do anything due to workplace environment built by senior like dis then find another one. Its not like … ye ekloti company hi hai… sab khud ki marwa rhe hai doesnt mean u also continue same. Break the pattern n be initiative or if not then say tata
AI ne managers ka dimaag kharab kar rakha hai, they're treating employees 24*7 Machine not human beings anymore.
Maybe your manager is not professional, he only knows to follow up and get the work anyhow to show his cards to the upper level. You don't have SLA or protocol for your project? Just ask him to allow some time to complete the work if not then explain to him why exactly you need time..show him the steps you need to follow for that work
