Please avoid doing this if you want to do job as professionals. Companies always ask for experience letters and gap justification, and your background check will also not smooth with this in any organization

Yes absconding is not correct way but also remember one thing that as per Indian law companies cannot keep bonded labour also

Yes, but when the background check will happen they will give negative feedback and you will not get your next job.
It's ok if you want to do freelance or business
