JnJ Project Allocation

Hi Everyone , recently after being 44 days on Bench I got allocated into JnJ project as a junior python Developer , previously I was in citi bank project as Node js backend developer . I have a total of 1. 6 YOE , not able to grow , neither is able to earn a decent amount . Continuously preparing n applying for a switch .

I just want to know , how is this project anyone is there in JnJ need some insights about work cult, odc timings , etc . Please help me to share the details if u've ever been here in JnJ.
