JLL is a crappy estate management co

JLL is the real estate management company for the society that I live in . One of the most terrible service provider that I have seen.

Once they collect the Maintenance Charges for a quarter, they get done with the customers. Gayab is what happens to them.

I wish I had the time to drag them to court and make them pay. But alas, waiting for the Swiggy IPO to have deep enough pockets to be able to do so 😂
