Your options are too close. Range can be quite high. From say 25 to 40+ for same level
Results a bit surprising. Didn’t expect less than. 20L and more than 40L JL6As. Which unit what kind of skill set gets 40L+ in infy would love to know that.
Most of the cases will be not able to move to Band 7, hence only salary increase . That is a good in a way,
For SPM the range is on lower side, under 28lpa. However for PCON candidates the salary range is from 35-40. Please note the variable pay is around 20% for all JL6.
Voters who have put more than 40L, whoch unit , what kind of experience , lateral or not , what kind of skill set helped you reach where you are . Heartening to see 40L+ folks at JL6A.

Voters who have put less than 20L are you talking about CTC or in hand salary. Not sure how less than 20L is possible when team leads and 6B also getting the same number
I think PCON will be equivalent to Group project manager
