It depends on ctc what I heard...if you have higher ctc than i dont think it is 17.5% ..also they adjust 5% in gratuity

17.5% is standard for JL4 to JL5, it does not vary for that. For JL5 to 6, it could be higher than this but definitely not lower

I heard it will be between 11 to 15%
