Trending @Infosys; JL5 Technology Lead to JL 6 Promotion ( Commendable rating )

Last year my performance rating was Outstanding (2023-2024). This year received Commendable (2024-2025). I heard if we receive two years ( OS or commendable) will get a promotion. Will I get promoted to Project Manager or If someone from tech Architect sent recommendation for me via mail, can I get promoted to Tech Architect?

Promotion depends on slots available. Slots are decided based on role ratio in your unit account.

After JL5,promotion depends on your upper management. Talk with your manager if you consider yourself to be eligible for promotion.

Switch to Tech arch role. You get 20-30% hike comapred to PM roles. Though its not easy to switch
