Trending @Infosys; JL5 promotion hike

I promoted to JL5 got a 10%hike on my pay.

I can see a rise in my variable pay from 10% to 15%. And remaining 5 % is moved to super annuation.so even after promotion my take home is same again.

Is this generally happened to every one.

Any suggestions
