SACON to Consultant i.e. JL4 to JL5 , I got that Promotion in 1 year 10 Months , & got 17.5 % Hike
Basically Joined in June 2023 & Got JL5 effective from Jan 2025 & received the Promotion letter in April 2025

For Consultant you have to stay at least 2 yrs in SACON role.
