Trending @Infosys; JL4 salary tag
I recently joined Infosys as Associate Consultant- finance (JL 4B) through campus placement at 8LPA But i got to know from my other colleague that they got placed at 10lpa through campus placement only, we all have same qualifications and specialization and we all are freshers
I wanted to know if something could be done about this salary gap?
If I'm being underpaid according to role and market standards

- Yes, you are underpaid.
- If you are joining as a fresher infosys has a policy that if you leave infosys before 4 years (2 years for lateral hires) then you can never join back again.
- Make sure if you are joining infosys then keep the 2nd point in mind.
- Don’t expect a raise after joining, if possible get your offer revised and then only join. Otherwise better to look elsewhere.

Okay, thankyou but i have already joined infy but I'm on probation rn, can anything else be done?

Brother, same as you, but I got hired at 7.5LPA in 2022. Still at 7.5LPA.

Yes, you're underpaid. Demand a raise or start looking elsewhere. Don't settle for less.

Bro take the experience during 1 year of joining and than try outside, your salary not matter during joining At the end for fresher only experience matter

For assoc Consultant , it's around 8-13lpa depending upon where you're getting hired from, or Any prior exp.

Infosys has categorised B Schools as A, B and C. Your salary would depend on which category your B School falls under.

Work for a year at least and then switch
