I got commendable rating, got JL4 in Q1 2025 and ctc is 6.5

And I got only about <5.5 LPA as a revised CTC on getting promoted to JL4 in Oct, 2024 quarter..

Got promoted to JL4, applied for IJP, my manager retained me, CTC went from 4.7 to 6.5 including performance bonus @ 100%, with CD rating & 9% increment.
