Trending @Infosys; JL3B to JL3A Eligibility Criteria
Now I am system engineer and I have completed 2 year when I will be senior systems Engineer most of the people become senior systems Engineer after 2 year but in my case I am not promoted what is the eligibility criteria for this?

Promotion to JL3A isn't just about time; performance and manager feedback matter too. Keep doing good work and talk to your manager.
It depends upon your Unit and manager dude, i have seen people on all time bench recieved a progression letter to JL3a. Even this happened with me, my progression was stuck even i got Commendable rating and was billable. What i did is Mailed my HR and Cc manager. I also asked what is the criteria in a unit quarerly townhall during question round. Afterwards i was progressed to SSE in back date. U should ask your manager and HR to nominate your name for SSE.
