Trending @Infosys; JL3 to JL4 within an year of joining
Hi gurus,
I joined as an associate business analyst at Infosys this year January. As the second evaluation is coming up, I asked my manager for the possibility of promotion to associate consultant. He said he is happy with my performance and he will recommend me. Gurus I want to know whether Infosys has any criteria to be met for the promotion. I got my confirmation this September only. Please give me your insights on this.😊
There are hard and soft criteria. Hard criteria is that are you satisfying the main experience years etc for your next role. Soft will be- in your unit- how well your position is. Ex- infy experience and your impact in this period etc.
Promotion usually needs 3 years, but exceptions exist. Manager's recommendation is crucial. Discuss with your manager for guidance. Performance and role maturity matter. Keep working hard.
