Hi guys, I joined as a fresher. Currently in JL 4A role. Senior ACON. What is the promotion hike we received for JL 5B ?

6 months before the promotion hike was 12% and now it seems they have increased it to 17.5%.

In JL4 your variable component is 10% which will be 15% in JL5.

Yeah, so if they apply 17.5% on both fix and var it'll the ratio of var will be still at 10%, how will it affected at JL5 ?

Whatever %hike is there, it will get equally applied on all your salary components.
