is DNA rating out?.. role progression can happen after 18 months only. But have you spoken with your manger on the role progression??.

Yes, I’m from DNA Analytics. The ratings came out yesterday. I have spoken with my manager, but that was earlier during goal setting and iCount submission.

Not necessarily I got my progression from Associate Consultant when i joined in June 2024 to Senior Associate Consultant in July 2025

If your PM DM marked you ready to promote or progress along with rating you'll get it in next quater or after next to next quaters as it depends on slots also
