Does anyone here work for jiomart or have any clue why they have not delivered orders placed 8-10 days ago of many customers. This is the first time it's happening to me. Usually get the order delivered in 2days. Also their support is shit.

Don't know what's happening with them but I also got a similar experience.
The order I placed approx 15 days was reduced to just one or two things by siting unavailability of products, then they delivered it on the 4th or 5th day (generally comes within 2 days).
Then after 2-3 days I was able to see all the products which I wanted to buy, so I placed the order again to find out again the items got reduced to almost 20% of the original intended, siting the reason again as unavailability of the products.
