I currently earn 9 lpa salary with 5 years of experience. As a java backend developer, what is the salary I can expect while negotiating? Also is this the right time to switch company? Pls respond .

According to current times I would say 16-18 lpa based on your current CTC and market. If you have multiple offers you are hard role the dice for better numbers.
