Java developers - any features worth mentioning post Java 8 or 11?

I've started my career with Java 8, then onto Java 11. Then my client made us move the projects to 17 and 21 but I couldn't find any value added in terms of the code we developed. Most features we use are still from Java 8 or 11.

Is it the same with your projects? If yes, what's the point in all these LTS versions? I don't see any major improvements that really impact our day-to-day work.
