My friend is looking for PM role and currently has 2 offers. He currently works at an early stage startup as PM. 3 year work experience

First offer is from Jar. Role is PM of retention. Location Bangalore.

Second from Indialends. Role is PM of Engagement. Location - Gurgaon

Indialends is offering 4 lacs more than Jar.

Any thoughts?

Top level PMs have left, internal direction is minimal. If you're optimising for money, then sure. Definitely not something other FinTechs appreciate as an employer
