Trending @Capgemini; January 2026 BTO policy

Hey folks, my senior manager just informed us that will have to available 3 days/weekly mandatory as per new BTO policy. They will not consider 12 days continuously on same month.. Is this project basis or all over capgemini,,can you guys confirm on this::)

This isn't totally frustrating 😤 12 days continuous means we are going 3 weeks. However, with new policy 4 weeks what's wrong with them ...what will they are trying to achieve with this trap

Its almost 2 years now since this 12 days WFO was introduced and still people are not following. Good luck to them implementing 3days/week only policy

It was always 3 days a week with total of 12 days in a month. They definitely didn’t want us to come 12 days consecutively. The policy clearly states that

I joined CG 18 months back, and was working from home till Spet. i was getting BTO compliance emails but nothing happened, again planning to go home in the new year for at least 3 months.
