Hi folks, my friend has received an offer for AVP (603 grade) role (Java + AWS) in compliance team (in house project) have a few quick queries:

• How is the culture?
• Is variable pay given normally?
• Are people helpful?
• Decent hike % ?
• On-site (US) opportunities? Be it long term or short term given this kind of project?
