I believe you would have got a good package from Accenture.But you are not satisfied with the project . It is common for every company. You ask for a project release.That is the only option

In Accenture HR policies are useless, no one gets released after 18 months (as mentioned in HR policy). You will be released only when the client stops paying for you. Either negotiate with your manager, client or switch jobs. Negotiation with clients is always very risky, many times it back fires and results in client escalation.
