Honestly, their is less chances to be allocated. Try to prepare for interviews and attend the interviews out side the organization this will be more profitable for u.

As per new bench policy going to bench is not recommended at all as it is like a indirect layoff only.. after 35 days they will ask for resignation .. better look for outside opportunities and leave.. i was c3b with 14 yoe and left tcs last year ..

Which grade you are ?

Most of the employees will be on bench during November to December due to ramp down and not much hiring in most of the client sides. so you have still time to search ang get project. You can connect to RMG. This time ADC plates most important role so update proper Tech & domain your experience based on that you will get call.
