It's Time to Reform India's Toxic Work Culture

With the recent implementation of a rigid WFO policy requiring 6 days in a quarter and 5 consecutive days in-office, combined with an already challenging work culture, TCS seems to be disregarding employee well-being and work-life balance. These policies are leading to immense frustration and raising serious concerns about the overall workplace environment.

It feels like slavery has been reintroduced in a new form, where the rich continue to dominate the poor and middle class. These are some of the toughest times, especially in India. I urge everyone to come together and advocate for a much-needed reform in the work culture prevalent in India. It's time to reclaim our value and demand a workplace that respects flexibility, dignity, and balance.
