Enough is enough.

They are forcing people on bench to apply leaves almost 22 leaves per person

They are blocking salaries of people on bench

Forcing people to relocate and accept projects without consent

Giving out C and D bands reducing CTC components

My profile has been blocked by one account for two months now and No swon has been provided

I am being sent hundreds of profiles of contractors, external employees and internal employees and being asked to evaluate them since a month now

When HR asked me to submit copies of TCOC and Offer letter, I had to go floor from floor asking for printouts in office and take approvals. Even after taking approvals and giving them swon details they replied to my mail saying I should go out and arrange for printouts myself

I asked for a book and a pen and in two years could not even get that here.

When my team asked them for converters to plug monitor to laptop they asked them to buy from outside

They even have cut down the cleaning staff resulting in stinking washrooms and asking employees to cope with it

They introduced copay this time citing inflation as a major factor and when giving hikes they saw no inflation

Its time to expose them. I have not seen such a cheap company in my life ever.
