  • You want LOYALTY? Pay for it
  • You want PASSION? Stop burning people out.. draining people dry
  • You want INNOVATION? Stop hiring clones
  • You want RETENTION? Give them a reason to stay
  • You want TOP TALENT? Stop fishing in the same pond. Also stop treating your funnel like a funnel
  • You want COMMITMENT? Offer real job security and invest in their growth
  • You want RESPECT? Close loops. Respect the candidate's time
  • You want ENGAGEMENT? Stop treating job seekers like cogs in the wheel
  • You want exponential GROWTH? Stop underpaying top talent
  • You want ACCOUNTABILITY, INTEGRITY and TRANSPARENCY? Lead by example. Be honest. Don’t lie/ oversell.
  • You want CONSISTENCY from your recruitment team? Stop shifting your priorities every quarter.
  • You want ALIGNMENT with your recruiters or hiring managers? Communicate a clear ask.
  • You want DIVERSITY? Work on it together
  • You want talent to CONNECT with your ORG? Build strong relationships during recruiting.
  • You want earn CREDIBILITY? Stick to your commitments that you made during the hiring process. If you promise feedback or a timeline, keep it.
  • You want BRAND ADVOCACY? Treat your candidates well, even those who you did not hire
  • You want RESULTS? Focus on outcomes, not optics
