I'm in same situation as you, don't think it will be more than 5% last year's situation you remember right? Last year we didn't get hike only This year at least we can expect since we got 5 star but let's not hope to get high percentage as at the end we'll only get hurt 5% Max even if we get 5 star

Hr will share info if you are eligible for appraisal with your manager then you will get appraisal... Seems like they will only give hikes to random people or good rating employees only
