They formally tell you acceptance or not it does not matter
The day you sent resignation your notice period started ....

If you send mail to manager with cc to manager they need to update in Ultimatix within 3 days

This person waited for 2 weeks.. Best practice is to cc the supervisor of the HR in the mail thread within the first 5 days of no response..
Because HR may even get "laid off"
