All of this is a well planned setup, they want people to leave after disappointing them. It will be an easy job for them to reduce the workforce without firing.

Hey hey hey!!!!!! They gave like 2-3 % and that is like 1000 rupees approximately addition to your monthly income I feel too overwhelmed thinking maybe I should buy some stocks or maybe some trip to Europe
It is such an honour working with the company who don’t give any hike one year and one digit the next year and this year 2-3% which is a total of 1000 approximately each month I am getting richer by the month Could they be any nicer to their employees?….. 😑

If you want growth then no need to stay in single company . Switch every 3 years and get 30-40 hike till you get total 15-18 years of experience . Then you can look for stability when your salary crosses 30 lakh
RTO policy is fair. After these many days they are calling only 1 day to office. Its pretty good though. The toxicity in work culture solely depends on our team. HR will not decide our hikes. HR is just a communicator. Your hike/promotion depends on your own manager and the bigger management. Yes they didnt value employee, but thats part of our respective teams and managers.

Best time was 3 years ago. Next best time is NOW.

It is a strategy to reduce top layer from pyramid. They will take freshers and junior level associates and ask to do same work . People will automatically leave if proper increment is not given
