Trending @Wipro; Its been two years and seven months working in wipro and got hike only once 7% only. Is there any way to change project. Dont want to sit on bench as it will lead lop.

Project change will not help, find a new job

In which year you got a 7% hike. I am almost the same, few months difference but no hike
