I've the same issue, IT person said you will have to use Gchat for any TCS internal Communication 🤷‍♂️

What a joke 😒 nobody replies on gchat. I dont get on what basis they are giving access. Someone who joined with me has access to teams.

They have to provide E3 license which will cost more than 15000 , that's the reason they don't provide.
