I joined infy in October 2022, after that I was on the bench, my confirmation was to be in March 2024 but due to being on the bench, the confirmation was extended 2 times, till now the confirmation has not been done, it is only 1 month since I started working on the project. should I talk to my manager regarding confirmation?
