Part of me wants to say 'he deserved it', part of me feels sad that we are coming down to this kind of crude tactics in this white collar industry.
All due to corporate greed that places profits over everything, and employees are nothing but mere numbers that can be pumped up or cut down at a moments notice. Also, a shallow job pool like Kolkata adds to the woes of the employees.
