ITR refund still pending

Basically the title. With November already here, this year has been the slowest ever it has been for me in terms of refund, personally. Processing Completion seems to have been done on 21st Sep though!

Anyone here whose refund is still pending as well?

I wrpte to them because October, they sent me a notice
Ignored the tax I had paid and now asking full more amount again

Repeated grievance, still no response

I think it's best not to invite more trouble on yourself

I received a notice as well for the tax I had already paid in 2018, asking me to pay one more time now! I wrote back to them mentioning the transaction ID of my 2018 payment. Not sure what's happening on the other side. Looks very random.
