ITR Refund so much delayed

mine too. Chor guys keep sitting on our money. They expect us to submit more taxes before time and then capture it, and return it with so much of delays. I wonder if they really return it with interest of 1%, that they charge us for any delay. Govt keeps defrauding us at every stGe
