ITR filling query

Hi guys , I have a doubt regarding which ITR to choose I mean ITR 1 or ITR 3 . I am salaried employee and also I am a trader F&O with some losses . If I want to claim F&O loss then which ITR type I need to choose. Pls suggest It will be helpful is some one form financial background can analyse this .
