ITR filling issue

I filed my ITR yesterday, but encountered an issue. The first payment attempt failed without any deduction, but on retrying, the amount was debited from my bank account. However, the ITR wasn't filed, and the challan wasn't generated. Should I attempt to file again while raising this issue with my bank?
