ITA to C3A promotion hike percentage
When my current salary is 7.25 lpa and got B band this year, how much hike overall I can expect with 10 year experience.
Is Promotion window open now ? Please provide your inputs guys..
Do not ask or accept a promotion to C3B. Promotions have dryed up. No juice left in them. C2 also get 13 Lpa in TCS . I know few who do.

Well I am not sure how much C3A get after promotion but I am sure raise will not be more then 1.5-2LPA . And when u get it your variable will be deducted and you will only get 60% of ur variable. So whatever raise u get bcz of promotion, 50% of that gets wiped out by deductions. It's better to do wings 2and get 4lpa raise
