ITA to C3A promotion criteria

My total experience is 7.9 years. My manager has initiated C3A promotion 9 months back but it's still pending with HR. When I checked with my supervisor he is telling that their part is over and can't do anything. Anybody facing this? Is there anything we can do from our end? Please provide your thoughts on this.

Thank you for sharing. That's a new information to me. Do you have idea about the frequency of promotion window for C3A?

C2 to C3A is quarterly. Next one maybe oct

You are still in a better position. I have almost 9 yoe. C3A was raised over a year back. And it is still pending with HR. I have practically stopped expecting promotion.
