ITA Promotion update?

No promotions will be there from this year, management has worsened the organisation. It is better to switch if you are solely waiting for promotion. It will take a minimum of 7 yoe if you want any promotion because the waiting queue is already high and keeps on increasing.

My manager said it was initiated, but the cycle hasn’t been opened since last November
