There is no specific criteria for ITA promotion, you just need to ask your supervisor to initiate the promotion in the system when you complete 4 years

A clarification please the completed years should be 3 years as far as I am aware earlier it was 4 years(this I am talking of 2-3 years ago) but now it is 3 years. Can you confirm on this?
