ITA Promotion.
When is the Next Promotion Cycle opening in TCS. My manager is saying Your ITA promotion is pending with HR & they haven’t opened the promotion cycle yet.
Any Idea around this ? How ITA promotion works in TCS.. & How much increment I’ll be getting?
TCS don't exhibit transparency in promotions.
It will be pending with HR for years together. Your eligibility, unit recommendation matters here.
ITA promotion happens every quarter with a limited number of employees to be promoted. Each account will have some number of employees, they can promote. Now your name in that list what Manager and HR both can confirm. If not in the list then it will get delayed
Now all these processes are when things were normal. Pre-layoff time. Nowadays not sure if they promote or not. I haven't heard anything on promotion yet
